Daniel Sarrett –Office Manager. Dan was former president of one of Illinois largest real estate education businesses, as well as, a former franchise manager of one of Chicagos' larger residential home staging and home management businesses. He can assist agents with new and creative marketing techniques to help sell their staged listings. Dan holds various real estate designations and has a BS and MBA from NIU. He is a licensed Illinois real estate broker with decades of real estate industry experience.
Kathleen Sarrett RESA- Senior Staging Consultant. Kathleen has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including sales, design, staging and consulting. This energetic professional, has decorated over 600 new and resale properties, all of which have been successfully marketed and/or sold. Kathleen has a splash of style and elegance that will turn a ho-hum property into a definite WOW !! Kathleen specializes in the luxury home market. She holds an Interior Decorator Certificate from Penn Foster College of Design is a member of the International Design and Decorating Professionals (IDDP), a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and has held an Illinois Real Estate License.
Dawn Comm -Marketing Consultant. Dawn brings years of both retail management and corporate event planning experience, which includes visual merchandising and window display. Her extensive interaction with the public, in various arenas, demonstrates her capability of working with clients through the creative process, while meeting the challenges presented with regard to their individual needs. Her background and education have provided her with good analytical skills that suit the needs of the client in evaluating the scope of a project, visually communicating the design to the client, and providing creative solutions. She has a diploma in Residential Planning from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, is certified in home staging, and is a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
Patti Augustine- Marketing Consultant. Patti brings over 25 years of corporate management, retail selling and visual merchandising experience. As a manager, she was responsible for store displays and resetting stores. She is someone who knows all the in and outs of the Home Manager Program and has been working with the program for 7 years. She has a talent for staging homes and has sold homes in as little as two weeks. As a professional marketing manager and design consultant she brings invaluable experience to our owners, agents and home managers.
